Sierra couldn't help but laugh a little as she followed Lafay down the stairs.
"That wasn't what I was talking about--my name I mean," she said.
"I realize you don't hear me joke often, Professor Lafay, but the name thing was a joke." Although, as she caught up to her Head of House, she was laughing about that line, as well.
"You know, you're right. That was silly and idiotic. I only did it, because I was forced to for my homework, but don't worry--I'll never do it again," she added. Or she didn't plan to, at least.
"...but thank you for letting me teach you." Even though she was sure Lafay would do everything in her to
forget every last bit of it.
