Gideon was never a fan of having to find one and today's class was no different. And the fact that with his move to the older students group meant he needed a younger partner crossed out most of his friends. He watched as Kurumi snagged Selina, the only ready option he had thought of so he settled on looking around the left half of the room for other choice of partner. His eyes finally came upon a young Slytherin boy looking apprehensive towards the older students and Gideon made his way over to him.

"Care to be my partner?" he asked.
