Hogwarts RPG Name: Gnaeus Ambrose Spenser Graduated | SPOILER!!: Kennedy and Eino Quote:

He didn't want to look like a coward, but what was the use of dueling when he already knew the outcome; him sprawled on the floor with a twitching leg. Yeah, no thank you. Quote:

Or at least not any time soon, but he would like to go on the stage thingie and duel some time. It looked fun when the some of the students did it during the first meeting.
It was time for Eino resume his practice, but by the time he turned around he saw green lights and sparkles crackling all around the area Vashti was practicing. He waited for the sparkles to disappear before applauding her success. That was very impressive, and gave Eino some motivation to attempt to cast the spell.
He moved a little further away from everyone else, just to be safe, and resumed his practice. This time, Eino recited the incantation as he made a sharp and powerful diagonal slashing movement with his wand. "Verdimillious." The tip of his wand glowed green before releasing a small set of sparkles. It was more like just the tip of his wand had crackled because it was so unimpressive. That was nothing like Vashti's had been, and probably not what Gnaeus Spenser was looking for.
Ah, no duel after all. "Very well, you are welcome to practice, of course. That is what this room is for, and if you have any questions, that's what I am here for." He chuckled and winked. SPOILER!!: Raven Quote:

There were quite a few Slytherins and Ravenclaws, but no Gryffindors and Hufflepuffs? That was a surprise to Gnaeus. He definitely expected the Gryffindors to be crowding the room. She turned her attention to Mr. Spenser when he confirmed that she was in fact doing it correctly, and he encouraged her to try out the actual spell now. Vashti nodded, took a deep breath, then made the forwards slashing motion with her wand as she said, "Verdimillious."
A couple green sparks shot out of her wand, but it wasn't quite the result she wanted. So she tried again. Her wand moved in the forwards slashing motion and once more she said, "Verdimillious."
More green sparks shot out and this time they actually made tiny little explosions and crackling sounds. That was better, yes? Probably not quite there yet, but better. "Well done, Miss Greenwell." He studied after carefully examining her wand movement as practice. "Now, you must say the incantation firmly. A mimsy recitation will not do. You must SHOUT!" He bellowed and struck the ground with his staff. SPOILER!!: Daichi Quote:

sighed, if only he could be so cool to win duels too. It was his dream to become the best duelist and beat the man right there one day. "H-hello, sir" he said and bowed slightly. Forgetting that bowing was the first step for a duel. "Welcome, young wizard. Make yourself comfortable." There was plenty of space for that.
