Gideon shook his head amused as Selina commented dramatically before nudging him back in response to his words. When she turned to him, he expected her to say something especially as she opened her mouth to do, but when she stayed quiet and turned away back towards the statue without another words, he couldn't help but sigh softly.
"Is this...is this how its gonna be between us now? Fine one moment and ackward the next?" They both were questions that had been avoided but obviously they couldn't be...not for long anyway.
Selina looked at Gideon a little shocked. He had actually brought it up, well, pseudo brought it up. Was this how it was going to be with them? Pretend everything was fine when they both knew that the other knew that they were thinking about it? She did not want things to be awkward between the two of them, but she was not sure that if they spoke about it things would be even MORE awkward.
So she sighed and rubbed her forehead,
"I... I don't know Gideon. What do you want me to say? That I don't know how I feel about all of this? That I know that when I see you I smile, but I don't know why? That I might like you, but we are friends and that could mess things up? That I'm afraid to say anything because you might not be feeling the same things I am... whatever it is that I'm feeling. Is that what you want to hear?"
