Mia was just about to tell Marie that the potion had obviously not worked when the girl snapped at her and she blinked a couple of times. It was so strange to hear that tone coming from her friend. "Um...okay. Was just trying to be nice." She didn't know how she was going to do this.
Did Mia always have to be so damn nice to everyone. It was really getting a little old here.
