080 could mean that first you start of with nothing no business, no wealth just emptiness. Then you start a business, you have the authority. But then the business takes a change for the worst it declines or decays, it is not what it used to be, and soon you end up where you started, you have nothing just emptiness."

Harvey smiled "It feels good to work together, you had some really good ideas." He smiled again.

Harvey wrote these onto his parchment being careful to include ALL of Minnie's suggestions.
