She knew the place fairly well and she also knew quite a lot of people. She just hoped Alyssa would get into Hufflepuff just like her. "Yeah I do." she giggled. "And you can count on me to help you." she smiled at Alyssa.

"Oh that's so sweet of you. I do hope that we get sorted into the same house. But if not we still can be friends right?", Alyssa asked worriedly. "because I know that I'm going to need all the help I can get, at least for the first few weeks while I settle in. I don't even know we get to Hogwarts. I heard that there's a train that takes us there....the Hogwarts Express?...and I heard that we have to go to Platform 9 3/4 and we went to check it out but we couldn't find such a platform. Oh dear. I'm sorry to sound like a worry wart but I'm afraid that I might miss the train."

Alyssa's eyes began to tear up but then she took a deep breath and broke into a quivering smile said, "I'm sorry. I know that everything will work out. I'm glad that I met you today".
