Thank Merlin for the change of topic. Also, thank Merlin that Dal had decided to get something from the food trolley on his way here. 'Nothing' usually meant there was a huge thing going on in the background and usually, like a few days ago, she'd pry the answer out of him easily. He never hides anything from her –as far as she could tell- and with a few questions and puppy eyes, she would know. Not then, though. He was angry, maybe annoyed, and definitely liked his girlfriend dozens more than he used to like Louisa.
So she shut up.
