Were they close? Dallin bit his lip. "My mom and I have our moments. My dad and I on the other hand... not really." Not at all, to be honest. Not for a few years now. But anyway. "Uncle Dallin." he repeated, frowning. He totally wasn't looking forward to it. He didn't know how to deal with a baby, and he wouldn't know how to be an uncle. The thought actually scared him. A lot. Thankfully Ellie had asked another question though, at it got his mind off of the fact that he would have to meet a screaming baby in a few months. "Kinzie and Hannah? They're... eighteen now. They're all moved out and stuff so it's just me, mom, and dad at home."

Dallin rolled his eyes at her nudge and moved his arm so that it was around her shoulders. He pulled her closer and leaned his head against hers. "Thanks for the confidence," he joked.
