Neptune held back an exasperated sigh and instead focused on settling her head on Legend's shoulder. The little hug made her feel better where his words just... didn't. "Dating Jake had nothing to do with Jim." Pause..."But breaking up with him did." ...... and then the exasperated sigh escaped anyway. "I was actually trying to ... well I don't think about Jim when I'm with you. You don't ever look at me and think Jim's. Or didn't until recently."

Bleh. This was not at all going like Neptune thought. She was forever hoping and expecting and never... things NEVER worked out like she thought. Never. If it was SO wrong and shouldn't have happened, then WHY had Neptune been SO happy for it? Sure Orlando had more or less ruined the end, but the beginning...

She sighed again. Nothing to say to him on it anymore. If that was how he felt, then that was how he felt.

"Ah. Been there, done that. Good luck."
