Opening her journal and the textbook, she started to work in peace.

Carter peered carefully into the library before entering. He wasn't sure why he was doing it. Marie and Caroline would never look for him in here. And he just needed a breather from both of them. He tried to keep in mind what Mina had told him about girl's feelings... but this was absolutely ridiculous. What he needed was just a private second with each of the girls so that he could work out what was going on.

Or... to just be done with girls completely. But that wasn't going to happen.

Spotting Mina he smiled. "Hey. Am I glad to see you." he said sitting down across from her. "Do I suddenly look like a lot more fun to torture?" he asked getting out one of his textbooks. Too bad he wasn't planning on studying at all. ~~Or letting Mina study.~~
