Jamie had been sitting near the front of the classroom, twiddling with his Quill as he waited for the lesson to begin. Charms sounded like a fun little lesson, so the third year was quite optimistic. "Aren't they just... spells?" DUUUH, no they were probably a bit more than just regular old spells. "They do funny things to objects." And not humans, right? Jamie wasn't sure about the complete capability of charms, but he would surely find out.
