Someone, she still couldn't figure out who from all the way down the hatch, was still talking to her from up above. OOC: Sierra went through an open hatch and down stairs to the bottom level. I don't think she can still hear William from way down there. Text Cut: Treyen Quote:

Still, it was logical that he wouldn't be bothered, after all, it's not like they were at the middle of the lake. Swimming to shore won't take as long, nor make them too tired.
But, yeah, that wasn't happening, anyway.
What? "You know, with Saylen...," that was during his third year, "...wait, you didn't attend that lesson?" he remembered Salander, Kurumi, Legend, Diggy and Emmy in there, because they were kind of next to him, but he was having issues placing Ellie in the lesson. No arachnids were harmed, though, just stunned. And no humans were harmed either, not physically, at least.
Actually, being closer to Ellie proved to be rather uncomfortable for him right now, maybe the fact that it was still darker than usual made it all awkward in his head. That's why he took a couple steps away and pretended to wander into the ship, or towards the two figures up there, even more. The boy froze in place when the Ravenclaw spoke again, "That...makes sense," he said, smiling towards her. See? She was clever, he didn't consider the article into any of this.
He noticed something as he saw her, "You have something in mind, though," he accused, nicely of course. It seemed Ellie had her own ideas about the ship, she could share them too. If she felt like doing so.
Granted. The girls were always right. Both Ellie and Sierra had managed to follow the same train of thought. "Maybe it was Masterson," he said, mostly to himself. As a matter of fact, he didn't even intend to say it out loud. But, Hogwarts was still a strange place, anything could happen. At least, Mr. Stryker was free of charge. "You're right," the boy finally said, with one nod. Vindictus, in particular, had been rather interested in the ship.
And he kept on walking a bit farther into the ship, lighting up some unidentified barrels, and then realized that the figures he thought were Salander and Simon...actually weren't.
Then the pretty Slytherin asked a question, "I don't even know what the others are looking for," he'd heard Salander speak of something to drink, but paid little attention to that, "Unless you want to open up some barrels...our only choices are...going left, or right, or up." His wand lighted up the choices, except the last one, because going up meant going back. "You decide," he winked, it was clear he had no preference as to which way they took. But maybe Ellie wouldn't want to take more stairs down...unless they got to see Barty down there. Now, that would be awesome.
Until he heard some voice far away, he knew the voice, it was his favorite Hufflepuff.
Conan!
Sierra's boyfriend, no? The second year Huffie was cold, wasn't he? They weren't in December yet. Poor kid. "Conan!" he exclaimed, widening his own smile, "Where's your wand?" CONSTANT VIGILANCE, CONAN! Especially since they were in a mystery ship.
Emphasis on 'mystery'. Text Cut: HaRoHeGiNeLu Quote:

No, she was NOT there. Luckily, too, apparently. "I suppose not," she shrugged. But REALLY it was a good thing. She could barely handle Matilda, let alone an Acromantula.
So Sierra didn't think it was Stryker either? Hah. Outnumbered there, Treyen. About her theories, Ellie nodded, "Yeah, but, I doubt anything's true."
And this was where Ellie wanted to say 'up'. As in back. As in on shore, in the castle, and maybe eating chocolate or something. But part of her wanted to stay on, and keep going while she was already there. So, she stayed silent leaving Sierra to choose, really.
Hearing a kid ahead of them telling them to light their wands, Ellie did so. Just as Conan arrived. ...Was that a good idea? And, yeah, where was his wand? She could care less if he didn't believe in magic, he should still have it with him, out and ready.
Was he cold? Mann. Why was he out if he was cold? ODD child, that one. Sigh. "Hi, Conan..." Take out your wand. Do it.
Hearing Treyen talk to someone who was definitely not her, Sierra turned around, her wand facing outward and in the direction of their company. Ohh, Ellie was down here, too? Sierra hadn't realized the older girl had come with them, but that could have something to do with the fact that they'd all climbed down a really dark flight of stairs to get here. "You don't...think that's going to happen, do you?" she asked Ellie. You know, the ship sinking. Tough she could sometimes be, but she was no Gryffindor. She'd leave the daring nerve and bravery to the guy up ahead--Simon, she thought his name was. She briefly eyed the stairs but then decided it wasn't worth it to turn around and go back. She'd already gone this far.
Her eyes followed the light of Treyen's wand as he suggested the different directions to go in. She noticed he didn't suggest up, meaning he didn't want to turn around and go back either. She didn't want to open up any barrels. They might explode, and well...yeah, dying just wasn't one of the options she wanted to consider at the moment. What was that Headmaster Tate always told them? Don't die. Yeah, that was it.
With a shrug, she answered, "Right." It seemed like the right way to go. Or, it sounded right, at least. Had he winked at her? Yes, yes he had. Treyen Lockhart was going to drive her insane this school year! Then, just because two could play at that game, she winked at him and said, "Well, ...go on." With her wand, she gestured in the right direction.
Was Conan down here, too? It was hard to tell from just the light of her wand. ...and where was Salamander and the Gryffindor captain?! Hearing voices was easy. Seeing faces was not.
