Yeah she was happy go lucky today. Walking further onto the deck she hooked a rope to the wall using a lovely little square knot knowing it would tighten when pulled, unless pulled correctly. Unaware she left a little bit loose, because after all who would think two feet of rope would be a big deal. Unless it wasn't actually two feet and the knot only partially worked and when pulled if it got attached to someones foot...they'd be under water, well up to their forhead, and yeah can you say blood rushing to the head?

But, nothing happened - luckily. Except her boot buckle came far too close to connecting to the rope and that wouldn't be good - much harder than sandals. Much much harder.

"Don't fall off the boat, not infront of Simon" she whispered unaware that Caroline and Carter could hear.

She was very excited about her boyfriend and her friend meeting each other. She smiled rather shyly. She gave him a small kiss. Marie had to be wrong. Right? Yeah, she was wrong. She thought to herself pushing the throughts out of her mind.

"Hey Carter! This is my very good friend, Kyle." She looked from Carter to Kyle and smiled to both of them. "Kyle this is my boyfriend Carter." She let them meet each other a hand shake or whatever. ''Huh? Clean?" Caroline asked rather confused as to what the Ravenc;aw was talking about cleaning. She must have been losted in her throughts while that was going on.

As they walked around the deck more and noticed Kyles close call. She tried to hold a laugh when she said "Don't fall off the boat, not infront of Simon" well she whisped it. Caroline laughed and covered her mouth quickly as if she had just said a dirty word.

Carter smiled at the girl that answered back. That must have been Kyle. Soon Caroline approached them confirming what he thought. "Nice to finally meet you Kyle." he said. Now he knew two of her friends.

He wasn't really sure what to make of the 'cleaning the ship' statement. But that was one detention he probably wouldn't mind getting.

"Simon's here?" he asked out loud looking around. He didn't see the quidditch captain when he got on the ship.

Then he realized what the Ravenclaw girl had said. She didn't want to embarrass herself in front of the guy. Caroline's added laugh just confirmed his suspicions. He smirked a little wondering how best to use this knowledge to his advantage. Of course, he'd have to wait until he was better friends with Kyle. It really wasn't proper to tease someone you barely knew.
