Ohh, right--their potion! Suddenly, working on this potion with Treyen seemed a lot more exciting than it had last school year. Sure, it had been exciting then, too, but now...

She quickly turned away from the prefect in an effort to get her mind away from certain type thoughts. Thoughts she was still sort of angry at herself for having. Thoughts she knew her father would literally seethe in anger over. Looking toward the hatch Salamander and Simon had gone down, she nodded her head. "Yeah, ...some time," she remarked. Obviously not now. "Just owl me when you're ready."

UGH!!!

That had so made her sound like she'd be sitting around just waiting to hear from him. She had to get a hold of herself! "Or better yet, just be ready. I'll owl you," she said.

Again, she nodded when he told her to call for help if she got into trouble down that hatch. Come to think of it, though, she might just call for help even if she didn't... "UGH!" she said aloud this time. She hadn't meant to, though. She blushed and turned away, distracting herself by looking out at Kurumi Hollingberry on the banks of the water. Then she felt his arm around her. Her eyes sort of widened a little as she turned back around--to see his arms around another girl as well...

OOC: Continued under Nina's quote and again under Dot's quote.

She eyed this other girl, wanting to glare at her but holding back for now. Good to meet you?! Sierra should probably return the line, but she just wasn't in the mood to attempt friendliness. She eyed Treyen again, noticing how friendly he seemed to be toward this other girl. With an inward sigh, she looked at Ellie and said, "It's...good to...meet you..., too." There. That hadn't been too hard. She would not be calling the girl's name if she got into trouble, though...

Sierra jerked her head toward Lola. Why in the name of all things good and magical was this loud, obnoxious, annoying excuse for a person clapping?! ...oh. Right. Sierra had willingly been nice to her in an attempt to gain a loyal dog. Seemed like it had worked, only, Sierra would now have to deal with all the ridiculousness that came along with being anywhere in the vicinity of Lola Jones.

Then suddenly, Lola's hand was clasped around hers, causing Sierra to sort of stiffen in horror. Where were they going?! Sierra was going to lead--she had to! Otherwise, she'd have to suffer through the humiliation of being lead around the ship by Loooooola Jones. She wouldn't have it! None of it! "Down there!" she suddenly said, the hatch seeming to be the closest place to her. She had just enough time to turn and look toward Treyen, hoping he was coming along, before she disappeared into the depths.

The last thing see saw was the blinding flash of Michael White's blasted camera as she went down the hatch.

SPOILER!!: Treyen

Seriously, what was it with the negativity? Both Ellie and Sierra should stay off the ship if they had such strong feelings about not being on it.

The Headmaster was inviting students in, it couldn't be so bad. Except...he hasn't managed to hear any single word from Salander, though, maybe they've gone into another dimension or parallel universe or something. He smirked at the thought, and was NOT going to share it with the people around him. "Do you know how to swim, Ellie?" he asked, slowly climbing down through those little steps Salander never saw.

He was already half-way down, and he shrugged at the Acromantulas topic, "It's not like it'll be the first time we get to see them," they'd ran away from them before.

Why was Ellie letting Sierra come first? No, he didn't agree with that decision, the Ravenclaw should be next to him, no? Besides, Sierra seemed to have another friend with her, that's why Treyen pulled Ellie closer to him. Plus, the look Sierra had given Ellie was not to be trusted, even if he knew perfectly well that his favorite Ravenclaw didn't need any help whatsoever when it came to defense, right?

Text Cut: Sierra, Treyen [i
was[/i] leading, so, you're already behind XD]

Yeah, Treyen had no idea what was happening to Sierra, the girl seemed to lose focus quite easily, and to change moods really quickly. Though, weren't all Slytherins alike? He's never been around one for so long, not outside of a classroom or, in this case, Potions laboratory.

Still, he smiled, "You owl me, sounds good." At least she was regaining some focus, even if it was to see how the people around her were fairing.

In all fairness, Sierra looked rather cute whenever she was annoyed, that's what it appeared she was at the moment. Annoyed. Probably because her other companion was clapping and being loud. He understood, Kaia was loud, or used to be, and he was always annoyed when she was loud, or used to be annoyed. Anyway...

...he was already down...here. No sign of Salander, though, but his wand was giving out more light than necessary, so he tapped his wand with his index finger once and the light was dimmed a little. Better. All he could see were barrels...and a two shadows deep down...whatever place it was. Those must be Simon and Salander.

He looked back to Sierra, and, of course, Ellie, "I just don't get it, you know? Why the ship is here...do you reckon that maybe Mr. Stryker wanted to add some mystery to the grounds?" he was French, after all.

Ellie raised her eyebrows at the other girl. The Sierra girl. That sounded awfully painful for her. But, she couldn't be bothered pondering it too much. They were on a creepy death ship, after all.

She nodded at Treyen's question. Then, realizing he might not see her, seeing as all his attention should be on possible rotting floorboards on the stairs, confirmed her ability to swim aloud.

"What?" He'd seen Acromantulas before? Ooooh, wait. Is that what happened in Charms last term? "Nevermind." She still hadn't seen them at the time. And she'd like to keep it that way.

Ooooohkay. Apparently Sierra wasn't going before her. Ellie drew her wand as she was tugged closer to Treyen, though she didn't light it. His seemed bright enough. For now.

Mmm. She didn't like that theory at all. "I hope not." It wasn't very nice of him, and Stryker was a nice man. "I doubt it, really. Tate would know about it, at least, and it wouldn't have been in the Prophet." Unless they were planning on freaking out the entire Wizarding community of Great Britain over a 'mysterious ship' that was nothing more than a new edition to the decor on the grounds.

Ellie had her own theories, of course. One of which was that it was an ancient Durmstrang ship from centuries ago that sank to the bottom of the lake and resurfaced for some unexplainable reason. Logical, yeah?

Maybe not.
