Making her way towards it, she was glad she had a bed at the end of the rows, although not because she had to walk to it. Nodding at a few people as she past them, she spotted Willow, the girl she'd spoken to at the feast and smiled, before plopping down on her bed.
Ellie was sitting on her bed, writing a letter (reluctantly) to her mum, letting her know that she was here and safe, blah blah blah. She sure was protective over her daughter
that she didn't love very much.
She was distracted when a girl she didn't know plopped down on a bed near hers. She glanced at her, trying not to make it obvious, but she couldn't recognize her. She was too old to be a first year...
"Hey." She said to the girl.
"I'm Ellie. I don't think we've met before." She said skeptically with a friendly smile.
