Emma Thompson not reprising Trelawney role in Deathly Hallows
 

Actress Emma Thompson has confirmed that she will not reprise her role as Divination professor Sybill Trelawney in the Deathly Hallows films, as they would conflict with her working schedule for next year.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be released in November 2010 and May 2011.

NOOO!!!!! She is so awesome at the role. I can't imagine anyone else doing it!

Hmm. She only appeared in DH for a moment (right?... throwing crystal balls around during the end...), so I'm not terribly hurt [:/] Considering that, they probably won't bother recasting Sybil.

Too bad she won\'t be coming back; however, she really didn\'t have a big part in DH anyway. I only remember her throwing crystal balls to the death eaters and the warewolf, right? Anyway, she was great when she appeared in HP.

Hopefully they will just cut the whole scene out. I love the Nanny McPhee movie so I can understand her desires.

Well, it\'s rather insulting and sad that the said the Nanny things "mean much more" to her. She will be missed greatly!

I don\'t think it matters much because its such a small part in the book.

Awww I love Emma Thompson.I know her part in the movie/s would have been small,but she does light up any scenes she\'s in.
