Box Office Mojo is currently listing November 21st 2008 as the release date for ' Half-Blood Prince'. David Heyman, the producer, has previously alluded to when the sixth film might appear although nothing is official, especially since the movie doesn't even have a director yet.

November seems consistant with the pattern of the movies lately. PoA = Summer, GoF= November, OoTP= scheduled for July, and now HBP= scheduled for November again. I actually really prefer HP movies coming out in the fall/winter season then in the summer.

I prefer seeing the films in November, but July is always better for premieres. Waiting for 13 hours in the freezing cold and tipping rain for GoF last year, was not fun.

bit um.. early to tell the date don't you think? OoTP hasn't even finished filming 
it'll be a year and a half after the release of OoTP
SS was released in June
COS in June
POA in November
GOF in November
OoTP in July
HBP in November theyre so close!!

Wow i can't wait but i mean a lot of you guys are right they havent finished filming for OOTP yet. Oh well i hope it works out ok and that they find a GREAT director for the 6th film.
