She was PLAYING with him, trying to cheer him up - doing a GOOD DEED and being awesome and all. And he was being a bit of a doof. A BIT.

Neptune pulled her feet up to her chest and scurried to the other side of the bench. Finny could mope on his side, by himself, and in silence. Hmph.

HMPH. Her arms crossed, her nose went up, and Neptune Bott IGNORED him. He could think whatever over there on his side.
