He said coolly and she repeated what he had said about her being his problem. Legend signed, looking back in the hole. Yes..this compartment wasn't cool anymore at all. "That was the last time you said it..." He muttered quietly. "Actions speak louder than words, and the way you act...yeah..that's hate." And friendships were not build on hate! Except theirs...which was probably why it was broken down and built up again, a little smaller and weaker every year.

She was going to tell him? Legend turned his face, looking straight at the sixteen year old. Brushing strains of hair out of his face he nodded."I said I didn't care but sure..be my guest..." Didn't matter now did it? Term was over.
Actions speak louder than words, yeah. He was right. Even more so, he was one to talk. "You were mean. Really mean. And when you weren't being mean, you were purposely trying to annoy me and make me angry. What do you expect?" Because really, the Hufflepuff wanted to know the answer to that. Did he really expect her not to react the way she did, when his actions weren't nice either? And WHY was he bringing it up NOW? Why did he care NOW?

"I don't hate you Legend. Believe whatever you want to believe, I don't care. But I don't, or I didn't. I'm not sure anymore, nothing is making sense and it hasn't for a while now and you are doing nothing but making it a whole lot worse. You're just confusing things more and more, and.. and.." Sighing, Kaitlynnh dropped her arms to her sides and shrugged, defeated. "I don't know."

He wanted to know. He didn't outright say it, actually he practically said the opposite. He was playing it cool, but he obviously wanted to know who it was. Turning her head a tiny bit to the side to look at him, her expression serious, her quiet voice hinting at no particular emotion, Katie found herself crossing her arms over her chest again, murmuring, "It's you."

She had warned him. And now it was over.
