Lexi chuckled at Riley covered in gum. He was just what she needed. Indeed. Good times. He went on to speak about his twin which was AWESOME. "Gah isn't it awesome to think about the first time coming to Hogwarts. It is so exciting," she said with a big, bright smile.
That smile melted away with her sadness. Sigh. Letting Riley hug her she lay her head against his chest and wrapped her arms around him. "Thank you, Riley," she croaked out as she wiped her eyes on his robes. Heh. She clung to him for dear life as she cried softly. Sniffling she looked up at him and smiled wetly, "You have really great timing. You were right here when I needed you." Was it a sign? Hahaha No probably not. She was just upset and there he was.
Riley hugged her back, ignoring the slight wiping of her tears onto his robes. Hopefully they were all tears and not something....worse. *shiver* Oh back to being nice and all hugging like.
"Oh its no problem Lexi, you are my friend and thats what we are for, right?" he said feeling her arms around his back then resting his chin on the top of her head.
"I'm really glad I could help you." he sighed.
"You know what, since you don't have much planned for the break, perhaps you could come over to my house or we can hang out in Diagon Alley some?" he said happily trying to cheer her up.
