He was anything BUT uninteresting. Mia did her best to keep the look of surprise off her face. “Well I like listening to you talk.” And she was pretty sure that she wasn't the only one. She laughed as she held out her hands to him. “I guess we both need to be committed then.” She was as crazy as they come.
She watched his reaction to the flower, still holding her breath. This was the first time that she had presented a gift to someone that she cared about very deeply and it would mean a lot to her that he like it. Finally letting out her breath when she thanked her, Mia chuckled softly as he kissed her again. That would never get boring.
“You're welcome.” She said beaming up at him, so glad that he did indeed like the flower. “Oh and I made the pot as well. It was one of my first attempts so it's a little bit wonky but I think that just adds to the character of it.” That's what people always say when their creative works don't come out right and Mia was no exception. Because even though she knew that she was not good at many things, she did take pride in her arts and crafts.
Thankfully Neptune wasn't over here with Nik because Mia would probably never get a look in if the pretty Ravenclaw was here. But he did like her outfit. “Then why did you...ooooh.” It had just dawned on her what he had been getting at.
“Would you rather I go and change then?” Because she would. Mia had been wanting to change into her PJ's for the past hour.
It was funny that Mia said she liked listening to him talk considering what had happened when he did try to talk. Of course that was before and it
was because he was talking ALL about himself, but he couldn't help but wonder where
that Mia went? The Mia that wanted to stick a needle in her eye? Not that Nikolai missed
her.
"I am sure I can change that." he smirked.
"I could go back to talking about myself all the time."
But he had a feeling she might like that now.
Taking one of her outstretched hands, he grinned as he intertwined their fingers, the feeling of their hands together keeping his rather lame remarks at bay. He was such a mush.
The gift was unexpected. He didn't even think to get something for Mia to remember him by. But, then again, this wasn't going to be the last time he would see her.. only.. she did not know that. Gah, he did not think this thing through! Perhaps it was just the excitement of spending the summer with her that made him think less clearly. He was usually good with things like this. His thoughts were broken when Mia spoke and he managed a grin.
"Really?" he asked mildly surprised that she had actually took the time to make something for him. He lifted the pot and turned it in his hand to get a better look.
"I think it is perfect." And it was.. because
she made it.
Then why did he what?
Nikolai stared at her once more, waiting for her to finish her sentence but then it seemed she understand. Oh.. she probably thought he was some crazed jealous guy now.. which he could be, but that was not the case this time. Well, yes it was. A sheepish grin overcoming him, he shook his head at her question.
"No. No, you do not have to. Unless.. you want to? But I'd rather you stay. With me." SPOILER!!: Mia and her scary friend.

Was that one of the Durmstrang champions she was with? And... and he just... KISSED her!? Oh, her friend had some explaining to do. How could she keep him a secret?
She then looked for Destiny and Evelyn. Well, there was Evelyn dancing with Josh and Destiny was sitting with... one of the Beauxbatons champions? What was up with that? How is it that two of her friends knew champions and she knew nothing about this? Oh both of them would have some explaining to do later.

Looks like that secret was out. Mia had hinted to Marie that there had been someone special in her life but she had never mentioned his name. Not that she had been trying to keep Nik a secret because quite frankly she would love to sing it from the roof tops but well it was only recently they had worked out how they felt about each other. And she hadn't seen Marie for a while.
Of course she knew the reason to that and she wondered where her date had gotten to. Mia gave Marie a little wave while throwing her an apologetic look. She had feeling that the girl was going to drill her for information on the train ride home.
That familiar feeling of being stared at was upon Nikolai once more, but he ignored it. He was so used to it, and besides, he was there with Mia and he didn't need to go staring back at the people that stared at him.
As Mia turned her head though, curiosity got the better of him and he turned away as well, his eyes landing on a girl he only remembered from seeing in the.. few classes he attended while at Hogwarts. Waving to her, because she was staring and because Mia was waving as well, he leaned in a little to Mia.
"Is she a friend of yours?"
She looked scary.
