Though, somehow the way she seemed to be impassive of his teasing made him become suspicious. What was she up to?
"Me too." Jeremy agreed with a grin and in that moment he really genuinely was. It was just so easy to be himself around her. He felt Kimber pulling away slightly and turned to frown at her questioningly, however, his question was answered before he got the chance to ask. "Oh, just...a Muggle comic hero." He chuckled lightly, realizing how weird he had to look for somebody who didn't know what he was dressed as. The expression on Kimber's face turned severe (and just a little scary).
"Be my guest, Professor. But you'll be heading there alone," she stated indifferently. Why would he want to lose his dance partner now? She was just starting to relax.
Seeing his smiling face, her temper cooled. She listened as he explained his costume, wondering whether or not Thomas had been a fan of commick heroes. She had no way of knowing considering this was the first she'd ever heard of such a thing.
She looked down once more, taking some time to really study his look. Kimber felt her face flush and when she brought her head up, her smile had returned.
"You look very nice tonight."
