Giggle. "No. But if I don't know what I want, I get a bit of everything." This often happened with food. Specifically, desert. But also with fun stuff, too. Like brooms. They had quite a few brooms at home.
Choose by next term? The redhead frowned. She couldn't do that. She couldn't be disloyal to another team. It would hurt their feelings.
"Kaika?" Who was dat? And she assumed it was a who because it was playing Quidditch. Whats didn't often play sports, she was sure. And Kaika's a she. So...yeah, who. And Wasps? But they rivaled the Arrows. So... confusion was most likely all over Ellie's face at the moment. "That's really cool, though." He probably gets all sorts of benefits and stuff. Lucky.
"All you need to do is practice. I think anyone could be good at any position if they'd worked hard at it enough." Though someone with bad hand-eye coordination might not do so well as keeper. Disasterous, really.
Mmm. "Me too." she nodded solomly. "I'd better get a lot of flight time this summer if I'm to play on the team next term. I hate feeling so out of practice." Flying lessons just weren't enough. She needed constant practice. Her left arm might have grown weak over the term. And she was getting so good at beating with it.
Hmmmm,
"Yes, true, I guess" but 'Nolan' was still much better than 'Reyn', though. Totally.
Sigh.
"Well, that doesn't work in Quidditch" he chuckled, and it was sort of true, though, he's been meaning to ask Vindictus if the Harriers are still his favorite team or if he chose to support some other after he put his Pro career on hold. Yes, on hold, because he still believed that Vindictus could totally keep on playing Quidditch.
Ah, he noticed the frown,
"Is okay, Ellie, you don't have to choose by next term" he said, with a smile, over the couple minutes they've discussed the different teams she'd be supporting as just one, and she always complained about not being able to support another one, perhaps she will never do so, perhaps she
had to support all three? Yeah, we'll see about that. Ellie should watch the Arrows play this summer and make up her mind.
Oh, that's right. He was used to Melanie know who his sister was, and Miranda...oh, Miranda! Miranda would've left Hogwarts this year...
"She's my sister" he said, with a nod, but no smile
"And, yes, it is, well, I know I like that my dad is still connected to them somehow" the man's got a whole new life and all.
The boy laughed again,
"No, trust me, no practice for me..." because he played Catcher on that ancient Quidditch class and he was just plain awful, so...no.
"Really, though, sometimes you're just born to be good at one or two" if anyone could play all positions and be good in all of them then that could be the most coveted Quidditch player ever.
"I know, though I'll be flying this summer" he knew that for sure,
"And all because of the tournament...well, at least Fletcher won" it felt like Hufflepuff had won again, and Fletcher even had his own party. How awesome is that?
