Sandra's eyes followed Nikolai, smirk still present as he slowly moved to stand in front of her. Even though she wasn't one for dressing up in a costume, she had to admit, he looked good in that costume. Though, he looked good all the time.
Someone steal her? Yes, that was defiantly possible if he had taken too long she would have defiantly been stolen by someone else. Though by who she was unsure. Fletcher was dancing with one of the school's staff. Raiden and Noel.....she hadn't seen them yet. So who she would have been stolen by would have been a mystery. "I'm sure someone vould have kept me company vhile I waited." Hopefully it wouldn't have been one of the younger students.
Her lips twitched, smirk growing a bit at his inquiry. "I don't enjoy vearing costumes," she shrugged one shoulder lightly. Pretty dresses yes, costumes no. "This kind of passes as a costume though, don't you agree?" She modeled it for him a bit. It was something she had packed just in case and hadn't really expected to wear while attending the school.
Oh yes, Nikolai was sure she would have been stolen, too. One can not be standing in the middle of the room dressed in what she was wearing and expect to be alone for long. Especially if that one person just so happened to be Sandra. Strange she was with him at this ball instead of someone else.
"I am sure they would have." he agreed with a nod.
"And I am glad I made it to you before they had a chance to." Because he was not in the mood to fight for her attention, but he did have a sword attached to his belt.

"Yes, I agree. And it suits you perfectly." he said, and holding out his hand, he waited for her to take it. They were going to dance, yes? Not that he wanted to or could, but he was in costume, no one would recognize him. Hopefully.. Although he did catch Mia looking at him. Err..
