The pirate girl just fitted Rubies perfect.
"Girl i missed you so much",she said,"where have you been?!"
Sometimes she hated the fact that they were in different houses.
"Can you really believe its already the end of term?"
Fee loved balls with dancing and stuff but that this was the end of term ball just confused her. This didnt feel like a year at all.
Rubiey smiled. She knew that she'd look like a complete dork, but standing next to Fee, who was
soooo the belle of the ball, made her feel scruffy. Then again, she wasn't all sparkly and pretty. Her reddish brown hair was always a mess, so why bother? Pirate seemed the easiest option for her.
She pouted.
"I've been sooo swamped in homework and stuff, I've barely left the common room! It's not fair!" She hated that Fee wasn't in her house. It sucked she didn't get to see her best friend often enough.
Rubiey sighed.
"No. It feels like just yesterday we were in Diagon Alley, and now look at us! At the end of term ball dressed as pirates and princesses! I can't believe we're in almost in our second year!" Time just flew by here. Summer was just around the corner.
"What are you planning for summer?" She asked Fee. Rubiey had no clue herself.
