She supposed she had to greet her. "Professor Carlton..." she said remaining professional. Quote:

Arms crossed, he leaned back in his seat and watched the crowd. She turned to Neo and smirked. "Let me guess... groundskeeper?" She said and smiled. "I still have your coat..." Quote:

It was catchy and upbeat and helped put her in a better mood. "Thanks for asking!" Quote:

Hehe.
...
Off to the dance floor, then! Good riddance to those two... At least she now knew Davina was dressed as a boy. Quote:

"Ladies. Neo." He shoved the glasses frames up his nose. DID YOU NOTICE HIS CLEVER COSTUME? He was a Ravenclaw, of course. Hehe. "Headmaster," She said looking over his costume... "You're... a muggle professor?" She asked unsure of the costume... Quote:

It was just hard to forget about his 'old' one sometimes. And certain stuff he didn't WANT to forget.
Jeremy wished Cooper could see him now in his outfit. We would probably have chuckled himself to death by now, though, at the same would have found it absolutely incredible. Heh. Approaching the Staff Seating his eyes fell on a couple leaving it just then, apparently off to the dance floor. Hang on...Squiiint. "Was that Davina?" He asked no one in particular while taking a seat next to Hecate, still staring after the two blondes, one of whom had definitely been Carlton.
Pulling his attention away from the two, Jeremy let his hazel eyes scan the dance floor for a moment and was just about to have them return to the table when...was that Kimber and Fletcher?! Cue amused grin. Hehe. "Yes. It was. You look positively... Slytherin." She smirked. "Wait! I know your character... my first husband had these booklets with characters such as yourself..." Quote:

His own costume was rather nondescript Not, in fact, a costume as such. His wardrobe was nothing to get excited about in any case, and it certainly did not include anything fancier than a set of dress robes. So Risu had been forced to... improvise. He did so in his characteristic way.
He'd turned his clothes inside out. Tags were flapping when he moved, and seam lines were clearly visible. Risu actually liked the effect - he was pretty sure he was already known for his fairly casual approach to, well, pretty much everything, so an impromptu costume such as this did fit.
Nodding cheerfully at his colleagues, he sat down at the end of the table where a seat was available, and glanced around for something to drink. He flapped an arm of his robes absent-mindedly, and futilely, to dislodge the white washing instructions label at the end. She turned and saw Risu... what was he supposed to be? "Risu..." she said cautiously. Quote:

"Nice costume." Sarcasm ofcourse. But as she scooped up some fried beans onto her tortilla, and then savoured the almighty awesomeness that was Mexican food... She cringed a little at the professor's sarcasm towards Neo... It was alright for Hecate to poke fun at him... but not someone else... "Evening," She replied curtly. Quote:

His place was at the Staff Table with the other professors and he seated himself near the agreeable Hecate Lefay. "Good evening, Professor," he said respectfully to the Head of Slytherin House. "Ah, Headmaster Zitnik, it is certainly a pleasure to have you at the staff table..." She said, her voice softer than usually... "Your students were indeed very good during their tasks... Pity none of them made it to the final task." She smirked... Quote:

In any event, Preston had done as asked. A 'costume.' Indistinguishable from a muggle on the street, or some of his more lax colleagues, he made his way to the staff table, raising an eyebrow at the young Mister Lockhart's attire of choice. What was he supposedly dressed as... "Oh! I've heard of this... Barney?" though didn't dinosaurs have tails? Maybe purple ones didn't... "You have to admit, Master Lockhart's costume is flattering."
