Selena laughed at that. "How big of a mess is your definition of small?" she asked, because they obviously had different meanings when it came to the amount of trouble they were going to cause. Selena smiled and shook her head. 'Oh no, you're just going to be leaving after next term, nothing bad... nope, nothing at all...' she thought to herself. "Of course not, nothing at all," she said as she took a bite of pie. "How's the pie?" she asked.
He snickered at her question. She knew him too well.
"Oh just a few small explosions here and there and maybe setting a dragon loose in the backyard." He told her nonchalantly. He was sure his dad would have another hatchling they could take care of and play with. The last one burned down the pool house to his and JoJo's amazement and their mother's dismay. He was pulled out of his daydream as Selena continues talking.
"Are you going to spend some time with me?" he asked her. She seemed to have a full summer that didn't include hanging out with him and he had to admit he was a tinsy bit jealous about that.
He looked at her searching her face for any sign that she wasn't being honest. Her smile didn't quite reach her eyes, and he knew she was hiding something from him, but he wasn't going to push her. When she wanted to talk to him she would.
"The pie is good," he told her taking another mouthful.
