Sauntering into the room, she looked around at all the costumes. Odd costumes a lot of them were. An eyebrow quirked up when she spotted the banana. Very odd.
Hazel eyes continued to glide over the dance floor as she took slow steps around its edge. Searching for a certain hot classmate of her.

Nikolai, after hearing about the costume ball, was thrilled! Having the chance to dress up? He wouldn't miss it for the world. The whole dancing, though, he was not too thrilled about that at all. Two left feet he was told he had, but the costume he was wearing made up for his lack of dancing skills.
With his Zorro cape waving behind him, he stepped onto the dance floor and his masked eyes immediately fell on Sandra. She didn't look at all happy to be dressed up and the dress she was wearing was hardly considered a costume but, she did look nice in it. And to Nikolai, that was all that mattered.
In true Zorro style, he stepped up behind her as swiftly and quietly as he could. Placing his mouth close to her ear he whispered.
"I hope I have not been keeping you."
He might have been a little distracted at the food table.
