"Let's not go that far, Ice Man. I am a princess of nature now, but we both know the nature part isn't going to last long." Hmmph, owls. Thank merlin she'd never set foot into Diagon Alley wearing the costume, let alone Eeylops - costume or no costume. "Prince duties? You still think you're going to be the one to be royalty one day? You know we can't both be a King and Queen." She said coolly, repeating something she had told him many times when they were just little kids. It was all in good-natured playfulness, no challenge behind her words as there once would have been. Dark eyes shifting from his emerald eyes to the outstretched hand, the girl looked back up at the blonde with a rather amused look, "Do you still remember how to dance?" Katie replied quietly, slipping her hand into his. This time, she hadn't need to think whether or not he was up to something. Or maybe she should, but the badger was taking a chance. Part of him wanted to make a comeback. Something that would annoy Katie and bring back the old arguments they used to have. But he COULDN'T it would ruin his plan to miss with her brain. Nope. He couldn't be mean. And...hey...where were the others? "That's a shame. You look really pretty as a princess of nature." He said absentmindedly as he quickly took another look around the dance floor. Nope they weren't here. "Obviously. Which is why I will be King and you'll be that girl who wishes that she was Queen." The blond smirked. That was as close as he could get to making a comeback and he loved it. Sure he couldn't tell Katie he would throw her in the dungeon...but...perhaps that was as played out as the word "booger"? "Yeah sure, right left, left right...no biggie." If anything Katie would probably lead them in the right direction. Dancing wasn't really fun. Placing his other hand on her hip he searched his brain to try and figure out how to continue the conversation from the other day. He had to do it slyly...and-OH he got it. "So where's your date?" Mwaha. That was sly.
