It was all going well, and nothing had leapt out of the hedges or attacked them so far... He wondered if the point of this clearing was stealth or something. Were they supposed to try and get through without the creatures going all evil-faced at them?
But then... What the-
"Merlin!" Merlin, what was this thing doing. Raiden flinched, immediately stopping so he wouldn't get tripped up by the weasel, and did nothing but give a few nudges with his toe to get the creature away from him.
It didn't seem like it was going to bite them, at least. Fingers tightening around his wand, he gave another careful nudge and then flicked his wand, sending a silent levitation charm at the creature.
Hopefully he could hit it without catching one of the other champions, or anything like that. |
