Aiden glanced over at her. He wasn't exactly sure what that response was supposed to mean, but it didn't sound very promising. It kinda sucked, though. As much as he liked to think it wouldn't matter, he knew that if she kept being so obstinate about Ella that it'd start to put a strain on their friendship. He frowned slightly and neglected to comment.

"I'll miss you too, buddy," he said, giving her a friendly ol' slap on the back. It would certainly be hard leaving Hogwarts, but he was finally beginning to see that he was ready to move on with the next chapter in his life. "What sort of profession are you looking into, anyway?"
