They did not sell what she wanted here. Oh, upon hearing this answer the boy looked around the shop. There were almost every kind of sweets and chocolate there. It was almost impossible to find something that they did not sell there but on the other hand maybe the Slytherin girl did not mean a kind of sweet or chocolate. ''Umm...what do you want then?'' he asked with a half smile twirling the little red wand in his hand.
He was ready to chase after anything she would like to have and it did not matter if it was inside that shop or not. ''Yes, i am.'' he said looking down at the liquorice wands when she asked if he was ready. He was always ready if she asked! Hehehehe. ''I want nothing else...just stay here'' he said and quickly went to pay for the two wands and once he was back he put his arm around her waist and widely smiled at her, one of the liquorice wands, half of the red one, in his mouth. ''Mmm we are done here''
Now that he asked, she didn't know. Not in the mood for peppermint toads, and not in the mood for food in general. Watching the red licorice wand being twirled, she blinked a few times before shrugging her shoulders.
"I'm not sure." she said, looking from the wand to him. Aw well, she knew what she
needed, but that was completely different then what she
wanted. "Right..." As her favorite Gryffindor went over to pay for the licorice wands, Evelyn stood and waited. Sighing, the Slytherin glanced around and look at all the different candies. Sooo much chocolate. And the smell...it was making her stomach churn. Speaking of favorite Gryffindors, she was beginning to wonder what Patroclus had been up to, and if he was purposely avoid her. Or them for that matter. She had not seen him in quite some time.
As she stared into space, she had no idea she was staring right at her best friend who apparently was trying to hide,
and who would have totally been in trouble if Evelyn actually knew who she was staring at. Blinking a few times when Josh came back, she smiled and placed her arm around his back.
"I remember though, that I do need to get some parchment and things for school. We could go to that quill shop? Or we could catch up somewhere else later."
She doubted he'd want to spend time in a shop full of school things. Heck, SHE didn't want to go spend time in a shop that reminded her of school. Bleh.
