It seemed Patroclus had milked this pustule a little too hard, as now the pus was gushing out in a torrent, it was a tap of pus!
"Oh......Oh........OH!" Patroclus muttered as he tried to direct as much as he could into the vial. But the small glass jar was not enough, the sticky goo spilled over the side and onto the boy's gloves.
With both hands tied up, Patroclus tried to look around for someone who would be able to quickly pass him another vial, the professor was too busy.

He moved to replant the bubotuber and once it was again safe in the dirt, his vials in his pocket, the Gryffindor was about to deposit them when he noticed a house mate in a little bit of a bind with his own plant project.
Simon quickly moved the few steps as he caught the younger boy's eye as he searched for help. Picking up one of the other Gryffindor's vials, he moved it into place beneath the other one to catch what was overflowing. "Here let me help."
Sapphinelle successfully did it. All the pustules were flat and limp, and she had a bunch of vials laid neatly next to her. She carefully planted the bubotuber back in the soil.
Wow, that was easy! She was lucky to have read everything on this subject, she was loving every class so far. Except....er.... Potions.
"Perfect." she said as she slipped off her pink gloves, and checking to see if she had stained any of her clothes.
She noticed two boys near her, one was trying to help the other with an overflowing pustule. Uh-ohhhhh! She would help, but they would probably tell her to buzz off like anyone would to a first year. She tried anyways.
"Do you guys need any help over there? I've got extra vials..?" she said hopelessly. Like they would care. Nevertheless, she brought over three vials and put some of the overflow into one, and neatly placed it on the table.
"There you go! If you don't mind me helping." she said sheepishly. She was usually confident, but since they were all older then her.. would they just tell her to go away?
