As far as Alice was concerned cotton balls were only good for one thing, and that was removing nail polish. And possibly for other medical reasons, but for predicting love? Yeah right.

Rubiey followed Alice down the aisle's, not really paying attention. Her mind was miles away, so when Alice stopped, Rubiey walked straight into her.

Ow.

Rubiey grinned sheepishly. "Sorry." She said, taking the book from Alice's hand, and her eyes growing wider as she took in the title. She laughed. "Oh Alice, lets try it! Pleeeeeease! It'll be funny!" She giggled again. It was worth a shot, right?
