Lexi was bundled up snuggly warm in her Gryffindor scarf and hat, thick gloves, and heavy coat as she made her way to the wishing fountain in the Courtyard to wait for Finn. She gripped the letter from her mum tightly in one hand and extracted her wand with the other and cast a quick warming spell over herself. Bundled or not she was still a bit chilly.

She sighed as she looked down into the fountain. Missing her family felt wrong on so many levels and she thought that she should share a bit more about herself with Finlay. She was afraid of how he would react, but she had to tell him about her past. Sigh.
