He also helped establish that the universe itself is constantly expanding. He also created a system for classifying galaxies that is commonly used where galaxies are divided into 3 broad classes - ellipticals, lenticulars and spirals - based on their visual appearance. This is called the Hubble sequence, although some call it the Hubble tuning-fork diagram." Kurumi would have to write her brothers and thank one in particular for being an astronomy nerd.
