First off just love Emma-such an amazing and awesome young woman. Second, my best friend buys mostly FairTrade-the clothes are in awesome condition and are really beautiful. She primarily buys FairTrade these days with alot of products. I think it is because she used to work in the bateys in Haiti and the Dominican Republic and saw what the people there went through. Emma is right, the people do want learn how to work for themselves and sustain a more livable lifestyle. They dont want to depend on help their whole lives.
Emma is def very passionate about this issue. If I can locate FairTrade here, I will def buy those items.
