"Just.. shut up. Because 'sorry' doesn't really mean much to me." She said firmly. If he had a legit reason to break up with her, then she would accept it, and accept his apology. But it still made no sense to her.

"Who's Lady Doth?" Ella asked with wide/confused eyes. Seriously, sometimes she felt like such a loser around Aiden, because he was so knowledgeable and she just wasn't. Hehhh. "I have just never heard of the word 'Numbskull' before..." And yes, she sounded like an idiot again. She shook her head. "Not, 'we think'. Maybe they just are." And maybe, Savannah and Gaspar should just get together because they were both Numbskulls, leaving Aidella <333

"SHHHHHH!" She hushed him and moved just a tiny bit closer. Just to avoid being heard, of course....
"I know, it's stupid and I tried to tell him that we'll get expelled, but I don't think he cares..." And of course, she didn't want to back out and sound like a wimp. But she wouldn't mention that 'cause it sounded as if her ego was huge. ~~Which it was.~~

"YEAH! I do. And to be honest, I'm surprised that you've moved on so quickly to Savannah...." Because she loves him, and Aiden loved Ella. Well, that was her interpretation. So what would happen when their relationship got deeper? Aiden would freak out again and run away? *Sigh*
"I know. But now that I've seen you today, I've realised that I don't wanna avoid you." She said, quieter than how she had previously been.

Aiden watched her watching him. It was like they were playing some sort of eye game.. O.o But it didn't seem like Ella believed anything he was saying. Pfft. Of course she wouldn't though. She had serious trouble handling compliments. Heh. How opposite of Savannah. "All right, all right. Point taken," he said.

"Oh! Really?" Aiden grinned. Good. Cats were good pets. They didn't leave little turds all over the place like rats did. "I'm glad you have a cat. My roommate at Durmstrang had a rat and I almost ate one of the turds," he commented. He paused. "I thought it was a raisin," he explained, feeling the need to add that bit.

Right. Meeting the family probably wasn't something he was entitled to do anymore. "Oh.. okay." He looked down at his hands. "I donno, I just... wanted to." But, that idea was obviously nixed. He looked back at Ella. "So, are we not friends anymore either?"

Mmmyeah. That response was along the lines of what he thought he'd get.

Now it was Aiden's turn to blink. He thought everyone knew that line? Oh.. Wait. That was muggle stuff. "Uhm.. nevermind." Ah, okay. So 'numbskull' was foreign to her. Maybe that was just something his family said? Ehh. "I think we've all got a bit of numbskull in us." He was the one who let her go, after all.

GAHH. Aiden almost died. She moved even closer. He suddenly felt self-conscious about her ears picking up his heart rate. But at least this stupid Polyjuice Potion idea was good for one thing - distraction. "Just tell him that you've been there, done that. A Polyjuice Potion would be old hat for you." Had Gaspar met their lovely Potions professor yet?

"You've moved on to Gaspar," he countered calmly. Even if on the inside he was wasn't so calm about that little matter. Heh. Quite the contrary. But Aiden was convinced that it was all because of that lame accent. Mhmm. Girls liked accents, he just knew it. His eyesight returned to Ella once again when she admitted that she was no longer so keen on avoiding him. "Well.. I don't like avoiding you either, so.." Oh no, this wasn't good. "Maybe we should just not avoid each other anymore..?" Heh. Whatever happened to that being the hard way? The way not to do this. Meh. Yeah, right. Like that idea would ever work out.
