A noodle . . . plastic decor one . . . bounced on the floor just like a real one. Almost like a snake, it glided across the floor and spun around just a bit . . . as though maybe showing off its own abilities. Twirl here and a twirl there, it danced and spun for several moments, before skidding to a halt on Professor Markovic's desk. It's end popped off and a note slide out of it before its end popped right back on again and it resumed a spiral shape on the desk. Unfolding itself, it read:

No climbing trees; it is hardly a respectable hobby or influence for the students. However, I would love to meet you for a walk down by the treehouse and perhaps, if the November air isn't too chilly, then we could sit and soak our feet in the lake.
