Nathan sauntered casually into the press conference area, spying his little wife sitting there patiently waiting for the student champions to arrive. There was only one other person in the room – a young female student whom Nathan sent a polite nod towards. He slid into the seat next to Egypt. “Hello my love.” He mumbled in his lazy Nathany way of speaking, planting a quick peck on her soft cheek while there was no one else around.
It was wonderful to be involved in all this, although Nate wasn't quite sure why he had been invited. He wasn't a photographer and he certainly wasn't a journalist.. maybe it was purely to soak up the atmosphere, which he was. His layouts would be all the better having been here.
It was also rather strange knowing that Dillon was somewhere within the walls of this building and it was unlikely that they would get to see him. Nathan knew the thought would be nagging at the back of Egypt's mind the whole time they were here. They were here for business reasons. It was sad.
“You think these poor kids will have to go up against dragons?” Nathan smirked slightly. It would be scary for the students, yes, but he would LOVE to witness it. Nathan had a small obsession with the magnificent creatures.
She hadn't noticed her husband walking in and sitting next to her and that was saying something.
"Oh Nathan," she giggled as his lips brushed against her cheek.
"What are you doing here?" he hadn't told her he was coming to Hogwarts.
She really wanted to see her son but she just knew that wasn't going to happen. And plus she would only embarass him by smothering him with hugs and kisses, but still she was his mother.
"Do you think we can see Diggy?" she asked Nathan. It was worth a shot after all. Though she was excited that she was picked to interview the champions. The Triwizard Tournament didn't come around that often and when it did it was a big deal.
She turned to look at her husband at his question,
"Oh they can't expect children to go up against a dragon!" she cried.
"They could get hurt," she said very motherly. She didn't want to see anyone getting hurt and she knew that if any of their mothers had a say in this none of them would be competeing.
"This is why I didn't want Diggy to put his name in," she told Nathan wagging her finget at him becuase he encouraged Diggy to sign up.

Egypt looked up when a young girl sat next to them. She smiled at her.
"You're boyfriend?" she asked with a raised eyebrow and a twinkle in her eye. Of course she knew girls dated long before their parents wanted them too but it still amazed her how young they started.
"Which one is your boyfriend?" maybe she could add her into the article.
She smiled at the younger boy as he entered and spoke to everyone.
"Hello," she called out to him.
