“Wow” Sirius raised both his brows at the way James was dancing -more like hopping around the room uncontrollably, “always knew the house-elves put funny things in the food” he added with an eye roll.
Remus chuckled and waved a hand in the air to grab James’s attention, “heey fellow, what’s the excitement about?” he couldn’t help laugh on the quick step dance James made before coming to a halt with a panting chest.
“I” he heaved, “my brothers, have finally secured an evening with Lily” he grinned a ginger grin to show all his teeth.
“I thought you secured that?” Sirius raised a brow, “eons ago?” huh definitely ate something funny.
“No no” James shook his head dramatically, “like secured IT as in it will be our first official outing as a…” he stretched both arms in the air as if it explained everything, but from the way Remus and Sirius were looking at him, he sighed.
“I understand it must be difficult” James shook his head, “for your minds to comprehend such …uhh” he tried to find the right word, “pertaining detail to the human mind such as relationships and commitments” he paused frowning.
“We’re officially dating!!”
