She actually liked Finn's family and she didn't want them to think any less of her. "Hmm, okay." And then a thought occurred to her and she laughed. "Which means you will have to romance me Finlay." Hehe. That will probably kill him. "You think your mum will let me stay? Maybe she would just like to have the family there for Christmas." Although Mia did make a very good babysitter for his sisters.
