Neptune couldn't decide which side of her desk best suited her name card. So she spent a good while not paying any attention and rearranging her things. She finally settled for front and center, with herself slightly posed to it's right.

Now she could answer. Ahem. She raised her hand, "It's more important to know where famous people are from. People really care about that sort of thing. You know, for memoirs, biographies, museums," Neptune waved her hand carelessly around, "But I suppose on a smaller, more peasant level, it can be important, too. People that are born in dumb places, probably have to grow up to be dumb. Sad, really. For them, anyway." Not for HER, obviously. "Your origin is the starting line for your personal history."
