Esme reflected on the question for a moment. She raised her hand again. "Well, it's a case of being able to discern the important things that are going on around you, I think. It's one thing to be aware of everything that's going on but quite another to be able to pick out the danger or threat in any given situation."
Esme was sat back and sucked on the end of her quill, casting an eye over her notes and made some amendments.
