Her expression. was. hilarious. Raiden couldn't hold back the laugh, a grin setting his eyes uneven with amusement. She was giving him that shiny-eyed look that Neptune had gotten when she'd first seen them.
"The first time? It was a potions accident. Some kid exploded her cauldron in class... this pink goo got all over a LOT of people. It fell on me from the ceiling..." He wrinkled his nose. "Kazimeriz wouldn't reverse the effects on me because I got distracted while taking two of the girls to the hospital wing. It was actually a lot worse for me than just the ears and the cruppie tail. It went a lot farther than it did for everyone else."
He shuddered. He was very, very fond of being human and not having fur and paws. He'd stay like that, thank you. Opposable thumbs were all the rage, after all.
"This though... a friend made it for me. I can make them just pop up whenever I want, if I'm wearing it." He held out his hand to show her the ring. "It's..."
Too cute and girly-looking to be worn on his hands where people could see it? There was a ring on his other hand, just a wide silver band around his middle finger, but it being plain made it more appealing to wear. The little kitty face on this one... was a little embarrassing.
"No, you cannot. That requires spells and stuff and I wasn't fond of it." He made a face. "It sucks when you're used to sleeping on your back and suddenly you can't because you've sprouted a tail. And good Merlin it was terrible."
Woke him up with its wagging. That was just such fail.
"You can touch them if you want?" She looked like she had that urge. A lot of people did. He was pretty sure he couldn't count the number of girls that had gone all bright smiles and grins while grabbing his head.

See there were times when Trixie's natural hair colour really showed through. In other words, she could be a slight airhead. But she just nodded along with what Raiden was saying, sure that she would agree with it anyway IF she actually knew the true meaning.
*Blink*
They were real right? Those ears weren't just some... How could they be? His ears were like...Gone and those were in their place. And he could HEAR with them? Woaaaah.
*Pout* Why couldn't she have been in that potions class back then? That sounded like so much humour. Humour was good in Trixie's books, so were animals. And the Goo was PINK?! See she came at such a bad time.
"Further? What do you mean?" Once again maybe she was being a little too nosey but she was a Slytherin, a sly one at that, who could exactly blame her? She had missed all of this. Was it like full animal? That would be so cute. Living on a farm you could tell how much the Blonde liked her animals.
Trixie looked down at the ring that was placed around his finger. *Snort* Did that really have a cat face on it? That was just TOO funny. Seeing as he didn't finish his sentence Trixie decided to do it for him.
"A little girly and young for your taste?" she asked. Even SHE wouldn't wear that. Never. No surprise it was worn around his neck. Though you wouldn't want Cat ears all of the time anyway would you?
Awh... She wasn't allowed to see the Crup tail. See that would have just been the icing on the cake.
"I can see the problem there." Didn't want to be arisen from your Beauty sleep now do you?
She could touch them? She was resisting the urge to do grabbie hands. But how weird would she look and feel touching the Slythie prefects head? Ah what the heck. The Blonde lunged forward and carefully, didn't want to hurt him now, stroked his ear.
