Fletcher kind of let out a nervous chuckle when the blonde pointed out the obvious. "Heh, yeah, I guess they kinda wouldn't let me in here if I was illiterate."

Big word for him. He was quite proud and almost didn't notice her calling him 'good looking.' Bow chicka wow wow. Fletcher still wasn't quite used to hearing that.... though of course, now that he thought about it, it did make perfect sense.

"I know what you meant though," he nodded, tucking his niffler book under one arm. "It would take me a whole term to get through one of these... and that's if I didn't fall asleep every time I read it...."

Yeah he was no Professor Mehluhnie, that was for sure. "Well no... see," Fletcher shuffled slightly. "I'm er... in the process of acquiring a niffler." He coughed and tried not to look so shifty. "I always wanted one," he added in a smaller voice. What? They were cute and fluffy and COULD FIND BURIED TREASURE!!!!!! What wasn't to like about a niffler?

"Savannah," he repeated, gently taking her hand and giving it a polite shake. "That's a beautiful name for a beautiful girl. I'm Fletcher, just Fletcher." He held on to her hand a moment longer than necessary and then let go.
