Guts...determined...hmmm...Kurumi was certainly determined, but under much different circumstances. She felt she had something to prove and she had been fighting for all of her life to prove herself as being more than just 'half.' But, now was not the time to get into that with Josh. "Were you the one who lost house points then? Did you already pull a prank on a professor?" She asked this more with a tone of excitement and intrigue rather than of disapproval.

Kurumi took a deep breath. OK, so the guy was not mad that her cat had decided to make a new sleeping spot out of him. She supposed this was probably a better first impression than knocking someone over in Diagon Alley, he seemed to be enjoying the cat, but it still was very awkward. She wished she still had cookies left over, but the girls had finished them off in the dormitory last night. "I'm Kurumi," she smiled as she took a few steps closer - this time not jumbling with her words. "The cat is Walnut. I think she likes you," she said just as Walnut started purring like a car engine.
