Monique entered the Entrance Hall with the rest of her schoolmates. There, in the middle of the room, was the Goblet of Fire. This was it. This was the moment that could change her life forever. In her hand she clutched tightly a piece of parchment with her name on it. She approached the Age Line with a confident strut. She must do everything she could to appear calm and collected even though she was shaking on the inside.

After what felt like ages she was finally close to the Goblet. She kissed the parchment for good luck and held it out cautiously over the flames. Good, she didn't feel a thing. She closed her eyes and released the parchment.

Next stop, eternal glory. ~~Or death.~~

She then took a few steps back and waited for the others to finish submitting their names.
