Meredith preferred to sit in the middle cars. Luckily she got her wish.
As she sat in her own compartment, she leaned back with a smile. At least she was going Home to see Jeremy, Reed, Mum, and Dad. They missed her. I wonder where Reed would be sitting if she had not transferred, Meredith thought.
Searching through her bag, Meredith found a book that was likely to keep her preoccupied for a while. Or maybe someone would come over and sit with her.
Sitting back with a sigh, Meredith got ready for the trip back Home.
